Is there a kit like this for a mechanical secondary carb, that has no electric choke?

No, but a manual choke carburetor can be converted to an electric automatic choke:

I'm wanting the TPS mount; no need for a choke on a race app.

You never stated this was a race application.
You could probably adapt it with some fabrication work.

OK thanks. I will have to look at what actually moves the TPS. I have a old 1150 Dominator that I'm considering for a throttle body.

    Well, it's for a 4150/4160 model carburetor...so I don't know about adapting it to a Dominator.

I have a 4150 style I can use also, I will have to look at the install instructions to see if I can adapt it. If not, that is why I'm looking at the TBI kit in my other post.
