    LS Mid-Rise Manifold Tests

I'm building a LS1 and would like to use the new "mid rise" manifold but I haven't been able to find any good test results for the manifold. I would like to know how it compares in performance to a LS6 and FAST 92mm style manifolds. I think the mid-rise in a polished finish would have a killer look, but don't want to give up performance, especially in the 1,500 to 5,000 rpm range. This will be a street car, not a racer.....other then the normal "JUMP ON IT" type of enjoyment.
Any feedback would be appreciated. 1969 Camaro, LS1, T56, Fab9 w/4.30 gears, 335/30R18 tires. Thank you!

I don't know of any LSx "Mid-Rise" performance tests, but these articles are really good:
    http://www.streetlegaltv.com/feature...or-ls-engines/
    http://www.superchevy.com/technical/...o_new_heights/

If you're after low-to-mid RPM LSx power, read the second to last paragraph:
    http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/te...r/viewall.html

These are the LSx intake manifolds illustrated in the above article:

    Holley's "Mid-Rise" EFI intake manifold (dual-plane/EFI plenum):
