    The list of issues I have had with the Port engine are endless. It has always run hot - discovered timing was retarded. I am not sure if the Avenger handheld device is at fault - for me it has been unreliable. The PC connection via the USB port has been perfect. Anyway, I am hoping the dyno will sort the setup. I am between a rock and a hard place with this. The whole install is new - I need to select props and cannot start to think about this until I know what the motors are doing!

    I think my last post was laced with emotion! I think the Holley HP EFI is excellent - if you know how to set it up. I have spent nearly 2 years and lots of money trying to get my boat sorted. Finally, I have found a company that can really help me out. Don't forget, I am in the UK. Chevy V8 engines are rare here - Petrol costs $10+ a UK gallon. You chaps in the USA have really cheap gas!!!! The main importer for Holley in the UK knows nothing about the HP setup. They also don't know anyone that does!!!!

    I understand your frustration. A long time ago, I experienced it first hand and have dealt with many others with similar engine/dyno shop incompetence.
