Is there (or can the system work with) a 50 or 75 HP jet for a NOS Super Powershot? Is there a NOS system that does? SBC spread bore or square carb.

Yes, it can be used with smaller HP jets.
However, NOS only lists N2O/Fuel (single) jet combinations for 100 HP & higher.
You'll have to determine which flare jets produce the HP you want and the proper tuning.
