Thread: 5.7" LCD Touch Screen ROCKS!

Thanks for the response Danny. Nothing happens when I click on the gauges on the LCD. The only screen I see anything going on is the RPM bar gauge. Also, I had a switched input setup to show on the switch screen and it does appear and when I push the digital rocker switch it works. So I know the screen works. Any other ideas? The LCD screen works with the other programs for tuning and data logging. It's just not showing me the gauge screens, and that's why I bought the LCD.

That's not right. Tapping on a gauge should open an option window.
I'd try completely disconnecting & reconnecting the TSLCD and reloading the firmware:

The CAN Bus wiring should look exactly like figure 3, on page 3 of the Touchscreen LCD Manual.
Some HC (High Capacity) SD cards can also cause problems with the TSLCD.
If this doesn't work, you may have a defective Touchscreen LCD, and I'd contact Holley Tech.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Spoke to Holley tech this morning, the TSLCD might have been corrupted during a power shut down or install. I need to send the unit to them for a reboot.

Yeah, I thought they might say something like that. Strange though, my TSLCD has never been a problem for me.

Two questions. How do I get the speedometer to display on the TSLCD? I'm using the Autometer speedometer Hall-Effect sensor. Speed shows on Data logger and in Data Monitor. Also how do I get boost to show on gauges also?

Currently, the TSLCD can only display the numerical reading (TSLCD Data Monitor), not on a "gauge".
Currently, the actual speedometer gauge is only for electronic transmissions (Transmission ICF).

If you're using the new V2 software/firmware, have you updated the TSLCD?
The TSLCD needs to be updated separately. Click here for the three files:

I had to open the Boost ICF in order for the boost gauge on the LCD to work.

Yes, I should have mentioned that.
It slips my mind because I assume a Boost user has the Boost ICF uploaded.
(Ensure you initially set all seven of the Boost "Safety Setup" parameters to "Ignore".)
