Default Will the standard 2 bbl pump create 18 psi?

I've been told in the EFI forum that I can adjust the pressure from 15 to 18 psi to support
a little more than the 275 HP.

I thought I had seen a Holley inline pump listed at 18 psi, but now can only find the pump
rated at a certain flow at 15 psi.

Will that pump deliver 18 psi with sufficient volume, or is there a different pump I would need? Thanks!

Yes. You're confusing psi ratings with what the pump is actually capable of.
The psi ratings are for performance (volume) information only; they're not a pressure setting.
EFI fuel pumps have a wide range of psi capability; you set the exact pressure you need/want.
Electric fuel pumps only produce volume, the fuel pressure regulator creates the desired pressure.
Also, any EFI fuel pump will decrease volume output (GPH flow) as fuel pressure is increased.
