Thread: Wiring an Electric Cooling Fan - Holley EFI

@andrewb70: Can you advise me on how to setup the Spal brushless fans with a HP EFI system? Will these require any components between the Holley Input/Output harness and the fans?

Nothing is required between the HP ECU and the fan signal wire. Depending on the exact fan you're using, it seems there are different duty cycles required.

I have had to switch over to the C6 controller due to the old Spal PWM controller died that I've run for years. The C6 controller is now connected and working correctly based on this thread. I have A/C on the car and so far haven't seen exactly how to change how the fan operates when the A/C is on. I have pin A12 configured for the +12V signal from the A/C relay so the ECU sees the command. Can someone give me an idea on how to incorporate this into the fan operation equation?

I just grab them at the junkyard when I grab the controller.

Andrew will get you fixed up. I followed his info when I setup a split table for my A/C.
