    Default 4150 750 cfm: Black moving part next to the float?

    Hello, I've problem with my carb (4150 750cfm), no fuel inside the manifold.
    To check the float, I removed the carb's bowl and there is a black moving part inside??? (See attached pic.)


    What is it ???

    It's a vent baffle. Goes between metering block and gasket top two center pegs, shouldn't move.

    It's a fuel bowl vent baffle.
