Erratic Datalog Any Advice Appreciated

New to the Terminator world. Little info about the car:
'91 Fox body
Terminator X TBI
MSD Dual Sync
MSD 6AL
Blaster HV coil
Ford Racing plug wires. (Possible issue with EMI/RFI?)
347 Dart block
Forged and balanced rotating assembly
Vortech Si trim
190cc heads
Dual-plane RPM Air-Gap
50/50 Water/Meth injection
Autolite 3923s gapped at .030"
Shorty headers with H-pipe
Anderson B-31HR Cam (Mild, boost cam, lays over around 6700 RPM.) 216°/224° duration @ .050"
LS style Lunati valve springs.

I'll attempt to attach a datalog, if it does not work please let me know.

Multiple things in the datalog seem to fluctuate up & down rapidly in the datalog. Car has less than 500 miles since the build. Everything is brand new. The biggest concern is the AFR trace and the RPM trace.

I have checked for exhaust leaks three times, with soap & water on the last two. It is nice & tight. No leaks. I'm on my third set of plugs. Which all have read decent when they come out. I've swapped WBO2 with a known good sensor off a friends car with the same results. I'm on my second set of plug wires. And second cap & rotor.

During the datalog I attached, car felt great. No noticeable skips. Nice & smooth.

Holley harness is well separated from anything that could cause EMI/RFI.

Terminator is hooked directly to battery in trunk.

Closed Loop Advance Control is set to 1. I thought maybe the Closed Loop was chasing itself. But I don't know if I can just turn it off as my Base Fuel Table isn't quite perfect yet.

I've been trying to dial in the Base Fuel Table, but with the erratic AFRs I'm kind of at a loss as I don't want to run lean.

Forgot to mention, the only other odd thing that happens. I have a dual electric fan setup. Both controlled individually by Painless Wiring 40 amp relays, ground triggered by the Terminator. However, when I cycle the key, they come on for a split second. Barely long enough to make then turn 1/2 a revolution. Not sure if this is related.

I'm well grounded I think, I have one from engine to chassis. Chassis to battery. Engine to battery. Engine to firewall.

Also, I have installed a separate relay in the truck to power the fuel pump, as I read that the fuel pump relay in the Terminator harness can sometimes cause an issue. Now I'm using the Holley relay to trigger another relay to power the pump.

In the past three weeks, I have replaced the header gaskets, welded in a new WBO2 sensor bung in a different location, installed a new WBO2 sensor, and installed the Innovate Motorsports heat sink that Danny Cabral suggests. Still doing the same thing.
