    Default Headers for a 2.8L V6

Hi, I have a question on what Headers will work for a dual exhaust setup on a 1986 F-body. Its a 1986 Pontiac Firebird 2.8L V6.

I have seen people use Hookers headers for this... but yeah, I need to get an idea of what I would need to pick out, for this project....

No one makes headers for 2.8/3.1 3rd gens.I hear headers for 3.4s fit with a little massaging with a torch and pipe. Or
you could always get 2.8 chevy S-10 headers and cut them down.
pacesetter makes a set with a y pipe for under 300 bucks. And it really unchokes those stock manifolds. i have people tell me that a 2.8 lv6 sounds like a v8 with the headers no cat, and dynomax cat back w/ thrush chambered crosslow muffler. all available through jegs
