Default When To Transfer Fuel Learning

I'm having an issue with the fuel self learning portion of the Dominator ECU. When I let the car sit and idle the fuel shows that it is learning and working just fine, but if I put it into gear and then back to idle, the portion that was learned previously starts over again. So should I be transferring the learning table to the base graph after it's done with a certain area, or do like the instructions state and wait until the entire table has been learned?

You only need to "Transfer Learning To Base" if it reaches the maximum limit. Blend/smooth Fuel Graph afterwards.
The Learning will always change in accordance with air temperature (and engine temperature too).
