Default Getting closer to Startup - General advice?

After what seems like ages (seven months) I'm days away from the first startup with the Terminator X on the Fox body. Before I turn that key I'm looking for any advice folks have of things to double check. I'm also looking for a few answers to general questions.

    1) I have V2 (rev 50) of the Terminator X EFI software on my laptop where I've been building some of my basic tune. Is the the process to transfer the tune file to the SD card and then load it to the ECU (Key-On/Engine-Off)? Once that's done is there any additional setup needed on the handheld?
    2) I've went through the basics of the Tune on the laptop. The only remaining items for me to complete are to ensure the A/C IAC Kick & A/C Shutdown are properly configured. When I took a glance it looked like the system was setup already for this so long as I used the correct wires they specified.

Is that correct? Any other advice.

@SLOWBRA: I'd start it with the laptop hooked up and use it as your main source of information. Don't forget to do a TPS Autoset. Andrew

Thanks! I like the gauge layouts you can do with the laptop. Getting ready to start this up soon.
