Default Won’t build boost on 2-Step.

I've search a bunch of posts before writing this. I’m using CO2 when on transbrake and 2-Step, it will only build 1.5-2 psi. I have a 4 lb spring in wastegate and have 6 lbs on top of wastegate, never goes higher than 2 lbs. I’ve tried an Advanced ICF Table take 10° out @ anywhere from 3200-3600, still doesn’t change any ideas on what to do? Combo is a LS 408 88/102 bar Stage 3 cam and a 4L80E with 3600-3800 stall.

More fuel, less timing. You need more combustion, including still burning before the turbine, to spool the turbo. While your engine is limiting, it's like a small engine with a big turbo. Gary
