Default ECU Firmware - What does this mean?

So I don't remember what version of EFI software or ECU firmware I wrote the calibration on. I did take the car to tuner that said he needed to update the firmware to 5.0 Build 30. I tried to download this to my laptop and seem to have issues? Here's what pops up each time I try to connect with the ECU.

The minumum ECU firmware version to operate propery is 5.0 Build 30. You're currenty running 4.0 Build 110. You must update the firmware before you'll be allowed to write program to the ECU. And so on. What do I need to do? Not sure what to download and where from Holley. And do I need to unzip the folder too? Thanks, Ray

Default (How To Update ECU Firmware)
The instructions (PDF file) & ECU firmware (.eep file, Firmware folder/Documents) are included in the
EFI software download. Go to your "Documents", "Holley" folder, "HEFI V5" folder, "Firmware" folder.
Before updating firmware, ensure the current Global File is saved somewhere, since it will be erased from the ECU.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
