Thread: MAT Sensor

  1. Default MAT Sensor

I have a MAT sensor that has begun registering incorrectly. Ambient temperature was in the 80s°F and MAT was reading 4-15°F. The sensor has been replaced with no change and the firmware has been reloaded. I thought the reloading of the firmware fixed the problem, but it started having the problem again. Sometimes the MAT reading is correct. The car has been running with the MAT setup for around six months or so with no problem before now. Any suggestions where to look?

Since you already tried reflashing the ECU firmware and replacing the MAT sensor, contact Holley Tech Service (LINK).
