Default Holley 12-305 255 LPH OEM style EFI fuel tank module.

Installed per specs, gauge shows empty with 5/8 tank full of fuel. Where do I begin? On a side note, OEM worked great, after that died, replaced sending unit and was 1/4 off low. I checked gauge then and went from E to F. '68 Mustang
