Thread: Unused Connector

    Default Unused Connector

I just received my Terminator X Max (550-917) and started hooking it up. I noticed I have a connector on the harness that I don't know what it's for and isn't labeled. It's a 4-pin (green, orange, black, black) that tees off at the same spot the four Inputs & Outputs come out. The connector has a cap on it as well. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated.

Perfect! I figured it wasn't necessarily needed or it would've been labeled. Thanks for the quick response!

The power tap connector is very handy, but in typical Holley fashion they haven't updated a lot of the wiring diagrams to show it. Last time I looked, the only harness that showed a power tap was the Chrysler Hemi harness even though the power tap is installed on many different harnesses. Evidently Holley doesn't update their documentation very often, since I think the power tap as been used for 2 or 3 years now.
