Wiring up the HP EFI with 558-104 harness, and I have two loose red wires near the P1A/P1B connectors. Looking at the diagram, I believe these are the power leads for the injectors. However, WD 271R960A seems to show these as preterminated, so I'm a little confused. I don't see another loose red lead to tie them to, so it looks like wiring them in to the green fuel pump trigger wire may accomplish the same?

Thanks. I have both documents, and I'm just making sure I have this right.
I have the single loose red lead identified on page 11 run to a +12V power source. What I'm looking at are two additional loose leads near the P1A & P1B sockets that don't seem to be identified as loose ends on either diagram. I believe they're the power leads for the injectors that are shown tied to the red wire off the relay, but as they are loose, I just want to confirm.

The loose fused red wire also supplies power to the fuel injectors through the System Relay. Is your fuse socket missing?

Also, ensure the Switched +12V red/white wire is powered in the "Run" and "Crank" key positions.May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

OK, so I have the red/white wire run to a switched +12V source that's on when cranking & running. I have the red wire that was with the other loose leads on the engine side of the firewall run to a constant +12V source. The Relay socket is included and apparently already tied to the injector power as in the diagram.
That leaves the two loose red leads as shown in the attached photo that are up near the P1A/P1B ECU connections. If you can't tell from the photo, one each comes from the smaller two loomed groups of wires up near the connector plugs. These do not appear to be identified on the diagrams and I'm unsure what to do with them?

If I understand you correctly, you've found the red/white wire and run it to ignition. You have found the loose red wire that powers the relay, and then the relay would power the fuel pump & injectors. Now you're saying there are two more red wires. If so, that's not correct. There should not be two more loose red wires. Is this a new harness? If this is a new harness contact Holley to see if they can replace it.

I suggest unlooming the harness and tracing the two mystery red wires. As you see in the wiring instructions, there's only one loose red wire in the main harness. AndrewInstagram: @projectgattago

Position H doesn't connect to the J1B ECU connector. How did those two red wires get attached to the EFI main harness?May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
