    Default New Holley 3310 Leak

I bought a brand-new 0-3310S several weeks ago. The carb runs great, but whenever I shut the carb off, it leaks fuel out below the secondary throttle shaft.

I have confirmed this is not a percolation issue. I can start my truck cold, run it just long enough to fill up the fuel bowls, and turn it off, and the secondary side will still leak. I can also see that the secondary fuel level is dropping overnight whereas the primary fuel level is staying the same.

This carb has the sight glass (not the plugs). I set both float levels to the middle of the glass.

Is there anything else I should try before I just return the carb for another one?

Sounds like the secondary metering plate is loose or the gasket is a mismatch. I'd say return the carb. Gary

Thanks for the advice, that's probably what I'll do. The 770 Street Avenger comes in a manual choke, which I like, and as far as I can tell, has a lifetime parts warranty that doesn't apply to the 3310. So maybe I'll exchange it for the Street Avenger.
