No! The Output Setup Type would be "DIS Waste Fire", and the Dwell Time would be "2.4 msec" (late coils). I don't know what the rest of your ignition system consists of (crank & cam sensors).
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

OK. It’s a Holley Dominator ECU with a Dual Sync distributor, and a Holley 554-118 Hall-Effect, crank trigger kit. I'm using standard LSx coils.
GM LSx ignition coils are not "Holley DIS", which is a term for Holley Waste-Spark DIS.
Custom Ignition Parameters for MSD Flying Magnet 4x crank trigger & Holley 554-118 Crank Sensor:
Ignition Type ............. ― "Custom"
Crank Sensor Type ..... ― "1 Pulse/Fire" (← Holley 554-118 crank sensor LINK.)
Sensor Type .............. ― "Digital Falling" (← Hall-Effect sensor.)
Inductive Delay .......... ― "adjusted per application" (← Synchronization info.)
Ignition Reference Angle ― "50° or 60°" (← Crank sensor setup LINK.)
Cam Sensor Type ........ ― "Single Pulse" (← If sequentially injected or CNP ignition.)
Sensor Type .............. ― "Digital Falling" (← Cam sensor setup LINK.)
Output Setup Type ..... ― "DIS Coil On Plug" (← Holley CNP Smart Coils and/or LSx Ignition Coils)
Dwell Time ................ ― "3.5-5.0 msec" (← See page 1 for Holley CNP coils, and page 3 for GM LSx coils.)

I have it set exactly the same as when I was using the Dual Sync distributor with DIS. Which is exactly how you just outlined it as well. I changed to the Hall-Effect crank trigger a few hours ago, but it won’t start. The Digital Dash display for the tach says syncing/error.
What crank trigger kit do you have? And you're using the Holley Dual Sync distributor for just the cam sensor, correct?
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Yes, Holley Dual Sync for cam sensor only. I have the MSD 8633 crank trigger kit, but I'm using the Holley 554-118 crank sensor. I'm using standard LSx coils.
Then post #4 is how the Custom Ignition Parameters are programmed. If it doesn't start, something else is wrong (such as crank or cam sensor setup or wiring).
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
