Default EFI Software Gauges Display Size

Have an annoying issue with Holley EFI software V5 Build 171. When I open the gauges, the background gauges don't size to fill the entire large box, so the outline of the sub-boxes such as 'Sensors', 'Idle Tuning', 'Fuel Tuning', etc, are sized in normal size, don't fall into the boxes/outlines at the bottom of the large box/window. (See attached image.)

I've tried every combo of Windows compatibility, display, etc., for the desktop icon, as well as the 'Use Custom Table Font' . Also reviewed display adapter driver and settings, and nothing addresses this issue.

Not sure when this stopped working, it worked properly for the longest time, and wasn't paying attention when it changed. Anyone have any ideas?

Are you using a small tablet or a small laptop?

No, it's a 17" Dell laptop. And fairly certain it's worked before on this laptop. All I can think of is that maybe some Windows update or driver update created this scenario.

One thing I noticed by reading other threads is that it appears to be an issue with Intel graphics cards, since just about all who are complaining have Intel cards. Seems to be related to scaling. I've tried even more settings now, reloaded the driver, no luck.

    This is a Dell Vostro i5, and actually it's a 15", with an Intel 620 card. 1920x1080 60 Hz.

What are the EFI software's requirements? Having trouble locating that. Maybe I can force a mode for the app only, but would need to base it off the requirements. Well, guess I have to live with it, until someone figures it out.
