Default Running fine, then not, and won't even start.

I’m sure this has been covered among one of the 50 threads I've read, and I’m just not able to see what the threads point at for this issue. I'm so confused now I don’t know where to start, hardware/software. I'm a newbie at this tuning stuff. 5.3L with LS1 intake, truck injectors, using onboard MAP sensor, Terminator X. Terminator X in Closed Loop, Learning on. I think the car ran out of gas (I only have maybe 10 miles on it, but it was running very well). All the sudden starts missing and gets worse, I limp the mile home. I add gas, same. It's running on #7 & 8 only, so I start reading. I'm thinking the Learn Table corrupted the Base Fuel Table when it leaned it due to fuel starvation. Now it's over compensating. I cleared the Learn Table is what I read, my table has 0.0 everywhere and I don’t see a disruption on the Base Fuel Table. Now I’m thinking my WBO2 sensor, read that, but it's responding and it shouldn’t matter on cold startup. Check all connections, it's all there. I can't run it enough to datalog anything. I've checked fuel/spark/compression. I created a new file to try and get around any corrupt tables, no change: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Bdt...ew?usp=sharing. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, it does matter on cold startup if the ECU is in Closed Loop (by default in the base calibrations).
