Default Bought old unused Holley, do I need a repair kit?

Howdy. I bought old unused Holley Street Avenger 670 cfm carburetor (80670-3/1231). If I understood right, 1231 means that it's been build 2011/03/12 (or year 2001).
I'll install this on next spring, but I've been wondering is it good idea to change all gaskets before I take this carburetor in use. Or are those gaskets and other rubber parts in good condition even this carb haven't been in use? Could there be any other issues?

123 is the 123rd day of the year, 3rd May 2001. If it's unused, as in new old stock (NOS), then it should be OK to use as is. Gary

Thanks. It's unused, it's in own box and has all stuff in plastic pouch.
