    Default Holley Terminator 4BBL TBI, no idle & runs poorly.

    I'm probably beating a dead horse here. I just installed a brand new Terminator EFI. I even had Holley upload the firmware to the ECU, handheld and my computer so it all works together. Yes, I drove to Holley handed the tuner guy my junk and he walked me through the install of firmware, he powered it up and it all talked. Boom awesome right...NO. I got back to the shop installed it all and the car fired up, 3000 RPM. After shutting it off & on several times, it calmed down to a nice 850 idle. Anyways, loaded it up and headed to LS fest, and it was great to have the Holley tuner guys working on the car right there, but it now it doesn't idle and runs like crap. The engine is new, the fuel pump is new, intake new, fuel lines new, regulator new, plugs new, no vacuum leaks, I've run the Wizard several times. At the end of the rope, any real help.

    Ensure the Learn Table (Fuel ICF) is populating the table with numbers. Check your Closed Loop/Learn Parameters. "Enable Closed Loop" and "Base Fuel Learn Enabled" are the only parameters that need to be check marked. Also, ensure all of this is correct:
