    Default 2 Inch Exhaust

So close, but yet so far. So I'm down to installing the WBO2 sensor and my kit came with what I'm assuming to be middle of the spectrum clamps and bung. They have 2.36-2.72 stamped on them. I see a 2.25 kit on the Holley website. Is that the correct one or is there another way to source clamps for 2" exhaust? Thank you.

While the clamp-on bungs make installation easy, a welded bung will create a better chance for success. Is the collector larger in size than the exhaust?

Throw the clamp on kit in the trash and have your local exhaust shop weld in a pair of bungs, one in each head pipe.

It's a strange header collector setup (was on the car when I bought it). They're really short headers and the 2" pipe starts pretty much from the collector all the way through. The collectors are actually pointing straight down and the 2" pipe goes down about 4" before turning back, so they're really short. I have plans for installing 3" exhaust later, but wanted to get this running now.

UPDATE: Oh well, I went ahead and took the exhaust pipe off and will take it to local shop here to have bung welded on. Can I use the plate that came with the kit and weld that on, or do I need to get a nut or a weld on bung?

Yes, purchase an actual WBO2 sensor bung: https://forums.holley.com/showthread...4322#post14322 (Additional WBO2 Bung Information)
