MSD Atomic transmission controller issues, 4L80E.

I have recently installed a new 4L80E transmission behind a BBC in a 1961 Impala. When I start the engine, I get no drive in any gear and engine RPM does not change when changing gears. TCM has 2 error codes both for TPS but I've tried calibrating several times unsuccessfully. Handheld display shows engine RPM & fluid temp OK. Handheld display shows shift position as MAN2, Gear as 2, but won't change when I move the column shifter into any gear.

Transmission fluid is about 1" over full with engine running in neutral. However, I only put approximately ten quarts of oil in. Transmission was tested on dyno before installation and apparently was OK.

With car up on chassis stands I cannot get the wheels to turn at any speed in any gear when either manually shifting with the column shifter or using the manual bump controls. Convertor has and 3/16" clearance between the flexplate before bolting up. Any ideas on what to check next?

Because the TPS has error codes and won't calibrate, verify the TPS 5V Reference, ground & signal. Does the TPS value change on the handheld when opening the throttle? Is the throttle adjustment OK? Have you also tried Auto mode?
