    Default Think I made a boo-boo.

    I have a Terminator X for a Fox body. I downloaded Terminator X V2 EFI software and installed it on my laptop. It wouldn't sync due to the firmware not being updated in the ECU, so I attempted to do this after having already done it once successfully on an older firmware update. I have now lost my tunes and when I tried to upload them it kept saying error.

    The good news is this is a fairly new install, I've only driven it once to get it inspected so very little time invested so far. I tried to do another Wizard Config File and it won't upload to the ECU. I'm a little concerned that V2 is only for GMs? Is it possible to go back to the previous firmware?

    No, Holley V2 EFI software is not only for GM vehicles.

    Why would my Config File not upload when starting over? I managed to salvage the tune, but when I try to upload it to the ECU I get an error message that says, "Global ICF Local 2, ECU 1". Here's the error code I'm getting when trying to upload my tune after updating firmware.

    Ensure the EFI (laptop/PC) software, ECU firmware & touchscreen unit must all be version compatible (LINK).

    UPDATE: Woo Hoo! I got it! Went back to V1 for everything and everything works as it should now! Thanks for nudging me in the right direction Danny!
