Default 6EFI vs 6A features, differences?

Sorry, it wouldn't allow me to make a thread in the MSD applications sub forum. Can you fine folks at MSD please give us a detailed technical breakdown of the differences between the 6EFI and 6A CDI boxes, aside from the 6EFI having a rev limiter?

The reason I ask is the MSD 6EFI looks good, and for my street car with HP EFI. It'd have fit the bill nicely, but Holley recommends the MSD 6A, or 6AL with their Dual Sync distributor and EFI systems. Furthermore, they make no reference to it per se, just the 6A/6AL. Had I been aware of the 6EFI, I could have saved a few bucks. So what are their primary differences, perspective strengths and deficiencies?

The Holley Dual Sync Distributor instructions were written before the MSD 6EFI was available.
