    Default Dominator LSA 408 Base File

    I'm new to the Holley Dominator EFI hardware/software and wanted to see if I can get some feedback on the base tune I plan on using to run the 408 LSA.
    Specs:
    408, 10:1 compression.
    Single 450 at 58 psi, vacuum referenced.
    LSA at 12 psi.
    LSA 53 lb/hr injectors (FIC1000s on order).
    Gold blade LS3 throttle body.
    LSA MAP sensor.
    TMS Boost cam 226°/234° on 114°+4°.
    Magnum T56 Transmission.

    I've been tuning GM stuff via HPTuners and EFILive for about five years, but the Holley uses different strategies to control Closed Loop fueling and idle control (like IAC with DBW, LOL). Looking to see if someone can take a look at the tune and let me know if there are any glaring issues with it. It did fire the engine, but was surging a ton, so I plan on checking for a vacuum leak.     I find the most helpful datalog function, is overlaying the datalog on your Global File.
    I'm in the habit of using the datalog Overlay feature every time I review a datalog.
    Click on "Datalog" (on the top Toolbar), "Activate Overlay", then "Open Data Log".
    You can literally "playback" a recorded event, and watch it as it happened on any screen.
    Minimize (shrink) the datalog window, and move it to the bottom of any Global File screen.
    Then click & scroll anywhere on the datalog, and watch it playback on your Global File (EFI software).

    You should "Enable Large Table" Base Timing Table. Also, properly program your Sensor Scaling/Warnings in Basic I/O - System ICF.
    I'd verify proper MAP kPa axes in your Base Fuel & Timing Tables. A 2.5 bar MAP sensor is 250 kPa. Read 3rd paragraph under step #1:

    I scaled the Y axis based on intended boost (roughly 15 psi) for max resolution. Is that an issue in relation to the MAP sensor scaling?

    No, that's fine. I just wanted to ensure you used a Base Fuel Table from a 2 bar MAP base calibration. Also, I wondered why the Base Timing Table isn't scaled the same way.
