Thread: Holley HP EFI with 6A box (white wire to white wire)?

    Default Holley HP EFI with 6A box (white wire to white wire)?

    I'm switching from a FAST XFI system without timing control to a Holley HP EFI with timing control. I was using a MSD Ready-To-Run distributor with a MSD 6A. I now have the Holley Dual Sync distributor. I take it the ECU will be now be triggering the MSD box. Do I simply hook the "white loose wire" that the instructions say is in my harness to the white points trigger on the MSD?

    Yes. White to white.

    The VR Magnetic & Hall-Effect crank sensors/distributors are wired as seen in the Holley EFI Wiring Manual: (Holley EFI Wiring Manual - Figures 9 & 11, Pages 18 & 20)
