    So if I understand correctly, if the coil fires the only thing between the coil firing and the spark plug is a cap & rotor which are brand new as well. No ECU issue if the coil fires or wiring issue?

    Yes, if the coil is firing the correct cylinder. I thought you said the coil wasn't firing.

    Okay then, the only thing between the coil and the plug is the cap, rotor & plug wire. The cap & rotor are new and the plug wire has been tested and was good. Yes sir, the coil fires, but I can't get any spark to the plug wires.

    I helped Foxmlee for a bit today. The timing was synced with ECU (15°) while cranking with the fuel pump disabled.

    Talked to Holley Tech support Monday. They had me check the coil. Turns out the coil was only putting out half the voltage it should. Ordered a new one, put it on, the car fired right up & idled.
