    Default MAP Sensor Adapter Harness

I have the 558-104 main HP MPFI harness that I believe has the 570-212 MAP sensor connector on it. Since I'm using the 554-133 MAP sensor I got the 558-466 connector adapter. It does NOT fit the harness connector. (I tried to get an answer from the Holley chat line and they just told me to, "cut the wires"!) I just ordered the other available adapter 588-467, is that going to work? Or do I indeed need to cut the wires?

Sometimes it's just a notch or a key in the connector housing. Some of the MAP sensors use little slots to key the connectors together. I've run into that before where two connectors that look like they should fit together don't due to the slots not being the same location.

And sometimes you can just grind off the little plastic tab with a Dremel tool.

It's not that simple. Both the harness Weather-Pack connector (570-212) and the adapter (558-466) connector have male pins in them, not female receptacles.

Then it seems Holley EFI doesn't offer that specific MAP sensor adapter harness. I'd forget the adapter harness, and just replace the MAP sensor connector on the main harness.
