    Default MAT Sensor

    I'm in the process of replacing the Gen 7 DFI with the 550-937 Kit on my supercharged SBF '89 Mustang.The question I have is, can I use the MAT sensor I used with the Gen 7, a GM part, with the Holley kit and list it as Holley in the setup? If not, what MAT sensor can I use from the parts store that will work? The Holley part looks to be back ordered and the ones listed as replacements look to be plug in and not screwed into the intake manifold.

    Thanks for replying. I had read that post and had ordered the AX1 sensor from Amazon. They sent a press-in sensor instead of the one to screw into the manifold and I was looking for alternatives. I think I have it handled.

    As stated in that LINK, the Standard Motor Products AX1 is a 3/8" NPT threaded IAT/MAT sensor.
