Thread: Dominator 4L80E TCC Issue

    Default Dominator 4L80E TCC Issue

    My transmission is working well except, I don't think I'm getting TCC signal. I'm using the Holley 4L80E harness and the tuning screen is getting all data, but TCC Duty Cycle stays on 0%. I assume that I do not have to use the TCC screen in System Parameters, Basic I/O, since I'm using the J4 Holley 4L80E Harness. TCC Lockup is reserved as B7 I believe. All the curves and parameters are set such that I should get lockup, but nothing. Any suggestions?

    Correct, that's for a non-electronic transmission with a lockup torque converter.

    Double check the brake light switch wire. I connected mine on the wrong side of the switch, and it would only lockup when I hit the brakes above 50 MPH.
