Thread: Shift Light

    Default Shift Light

Do you have a recommendation for a good shift light that will easily work with the HP ECU? Many of the shift lights on the market require RPM activated switches or have internal functionality within the shift light itself. I'm not sure if these will work with the HP system?

Use the "Custom Output Setting" to setup your shift light. Then all you need is a light bulb, or better yet a LED to act as a shift light. Something like this would work.

There's some examples in this post, even a Digital Dash shift light: http://forums.holley.com/showthread....8389#post58389 (How To Create A Custom Input/Output)

But I'm assuming I can't use the Holley EFI 553-107 Light Bar without the Digital Dash?

Correct, but I'm not referring to using the Holley EFI 553-107 Light Bar. I'm referring to using the Digital Dash as a big shift light, without the Light Bar.

I recently installed the Holley 840007 with my Terminator. It's a 4-wire hook up. (Lights, power, ground, tach signal wire from ECU.) It's internally programmable. Compact & bright.
