SD card won't communicate with handheld.

So I've watched the Holley video on YouTube like 50 times to try and do a firmware update and have loaded it to my SD card, but I cannot get it to load into my handheld.

I've deleted everything off the SD card like it says and downloaded the Sniper SD card contents and put it on the SD card just as it says, but when I take it out to the truck it just reboots instantly and when I try to go to the update firmware in the files portion it just gives me an error no update found. The truck has 1.1.6 now, which I can't really figure out if it's outdated or not.

I also played around on the Holley program making my own tune and saved it under the fw101 GCF spot, but my handheld won't seem to find it. I've also tried the fw100 file also with no luck.

I'm also using the eject option before pulling the SD card. When I put the SD card back in the laptop the downloaded and saved files are there. As far as I can tell, I'm doing everything the videos are saying to a T. What am I missing? Thanks.

I just updated mine yesterday. I downloaded the latest revision from Holley (they have a change log that you can open to see where your system is compared to the latest). I then followed the instructions from EFI System Pro: https://www.efisystempro.com/efi-pro...rmware-updates

So I have Windows 8.1 on my laptop and I'm wondering if that's my issue. I've read that link multiple times with no luck.
