Thread: Adding 2nd set of injectors.

Default Adding 2nd set of injectors.

Hi, I'm in the process of adding a 2nd set of injectors using the new 8 channel driver box. When setting the ECU to Custom injector setup, I'm not able to add a 2nd set. A popup keeps saying, "There are pin-outs being used that are needed for the 2nd injector set". I've gone through the pin-outs/outputs multiple times, but can not figure out which pins they're referring to. (If the setting for injectors is "multi-port", then it allows the 2nd set to be activated.)

Pins B6 & B12 are used for the second set of injectors, but I can't get them to change to Undefined. The pins have been removed in the Pin Map, so not sure what's going on. Any ideas on how to change them to Undefined? Any help would be appreciated.

You must have something enabled in your Global File that uses those Outputs. Look over your Global File settings. Or post your Global File for others to look over.

Datalog & Global Files must be linked to a document hosting website. I use Dropbox.com.
Files can also be "zipped" (compressed zipped folder) & attached directly to a forum post.
Your Global File is in the "Documents", "Holley", "HEFI V5", "Global Files" folder (.hefi file).
Your Datalogs are in the "Documents", "Holley", "HEFI V5", "Datalogs" folder (.V5.dl file).
Someone will analyze/troubleshoot the problem & offer advice. Also, ensure all this is right:

Left click & drag the invisible B6 & B12 Outputs up to the Unassigned Outputs area (causing the "P−" to appear next to the "G"). Then exit out of the Pin Map and enter it again, and the invisible "G" Outputs will disappear from the Unassigned Outputs area.
