For the first week or two, I had no sticking of the throttle at all. This was kind of sudden. I disconnected the linkage and the problem was still on the throttle body. I just added a spring which cured the problem. All seems fine now, with the exception that when slowing to a stop, the RPM drops to 300-400 and comes close to stalling the engine, then picks back up.

Back off the mounting nuts and see if the throttle still sticks.
How far open are the speed screws from just the touching the lever on both primary & secondary?
Any throttle body should have the blade not backed off to the point on jamming in the bore.
The shaft should be on the throttle speed screw as the stop, not the blades. Gary
