Thread: Terminator X Max on a Barra?

    Can the Terminator X Max universal system be configured to work with a six cylinder Coil-On-Plug engine? Also, I'd really like to be able to use a Ford Drive-By-Wire setup, since my intake manifold will be modified to use a GT500 dual throttle body. Drive-By-Wire is new to me, so I'm not familiar with how it works exactly. Can the wiring pigtails just be changed out and resistance values configured differently in the EFI software?

    Please review the Terminator X EFI software & instruction manual(s). Four, six & eight cylinder engines can be selected in the Engine Parameters screen (System ICF) of the EFI software. The Drive-By-Wire ICF lists the compatible DBW throttle bodies. Although you'll have to wait for the Ford base calibration versions of the Terminator X software to be released.

    No, I was drained from Drag Week and I visited a friend in Atlanta. I plan on going next year.
