    I know this isn't for DBW, but this is a very good point and is an easy way to tell if the throttle is actually opening all the way.

    I had the same issue with mine and it turned out to be something wrong with the software/firmware. I went through a lot of troubleshooting and tech support and finally I just put V4 firmware back into the ECU and built a new tune in the V4 EFI software and loaded it up and everything is back to normal. I sent all the info over to the Holley tech & engineer. Hopefully they can fix the glitch with the next update.
