    You tell me. Try "Slow" & "Holley 4BBL TBI" and use which one is better.

    Thanks for the help. The "Holley 4BBL TBI", I was surprised how different it was on Slow. I'm very slowly learning how different the many settings with the IAC affect the idle characteristics of the car. One thing I found was that the Idle Spark in the advance tuning is enabled, and I needed to disable it since I still don't use the ECU to control timing yet, which helped with some of the issues. It's something I never looked at during these 5 years of trying to troubleshooting. Live & learn.
