    Open the Holley EFI software "Help" Contents ("Help" drop down menu), and read "Step-By-Step Beginner's Tuning".
    In Step-By-Step Beginner's Tuning, see the "Idle Fuel vs. Temperature" graphical representation - Figure 8, Section 5.1.
    Under 400 RPM, the ECU only uses the Cranking Timing, Cranking Fuel (lb/hr) & IAC Parked Position % tables. (Good Starting Advice Thread - Especially posts #2, #4 & #6.)

    You've zeroed Fuel Modifier tables. You need 100% in table if you don't want to add or take out fuel.
    Your Base Timing Table is all zeroed too. You've also zeroed all the Acceleration Enrichment tables.
    For new startup Closed Loop/Learn Compensation Limits should be raised to over 100%, so it can keep up if your Base Fuel Table is off.

    @timjus: I've changed the Acceleration Enrichment modifiers and Fuel Modifiers to try tonight. The Base Timing Table is all zeroed out because I have an MSD Grid controlling the timing and it works with the Dominator at 0. Attached is another Global File that hopefully looks better.
