    '95 Mustang GT just got the Digital 6AL only getting 1.3V. Have both hard wires ran to the battery (relocated to the trunk) and I'm using the no splice harness (part #8874). I've got 12.3V all the way to the box, but at the red wire on the harness it's only 1.3V. Swapped back to no box, and it fires right up. Swapped grounds straight to chassis and still the same voltage. Box won't even power up. On a another note, I do have 12.4V to the white wire off the box.

    Have you tried taking that small red wire coming from the MSD box directly to battery positive to see if the car starts like that?
