Default Fox Body Mustang SBF Turbo running PIG Rich all of a sudden.

Good morning guys, I could use some help on this one please. I have a 1992 Mustang, 306, single 70mm turbo with the Holley HP EFI on it. Last year I installed it and went through the learning process, etc., and it ran awesome! Recently out of the blue, it just started running pig rich. My wideband reading 10.0 and the car barely runs. This is cold start, up to temperature, idle and trying to drive - All 10.0 A/F. I replaced the wideband thinking that this was an easy fix, but no such luck. I see the Target A/F Ratio is still my 14.7, but the idle Learning is still trying to add fuel for some reason making it SO rich. Nothing looks out of whack with the other sensors or values. Any ideas gentlemen? Thank you in advance.

Check your WBO2 sensor or an exhaust leak upstream of the WBO2 sensor.
