Talking Target Air/Fuel Ratio TABLE Layout

I finally got some time to mess around with my car this weekend, but before I do so I want to see if there are any changes I should be making to my Target A/F Ratio table layout. I had a base tune sent to get the car started, etc., but I seem to be having issue with carbon fouling plugs on every cylinder just after a short drive or idle time. I've checked for leaks and did not find any. I've since swapped to a hotter plug and have been told to work on my Target A/F Ratio and lean it up a bit idle/cruise. Question is what kind of blending should a good table look like? I know all engines will like different layouts. Included are the base tune Target A/F Ratio and one I just started messing with. Just looking for feedback, thanks.

This is the original base tune AFR table:

I haven't ran the car yet with the hotter plugs. Original plugs were NGK R5671A-9. Now installed NGK BR7EF.
