Thread: ECU Mounting Location

    Default ECU Mounting Location

I'm going to purchase the Terminator MPFI Kit part number 550-612 for my 1950 Chevy Pickup and was thinking of mounting the ECU under the dash, or if the main harness is long enough, under the seat. Does anyone know how long the the cables for the main harness are?

It will reach under the dash and possibly under the seats. I'm going to move my ECU to the trunk this winter. I'm going to use this Holley 558-126 Unterminated 15' Main Harness to extend the J1A & J1B connectors. It would also work for you if you wanted more length.
