    I'm wondering why the instructions for the Holley 558-108 main harness show two CAN Bus and mine only has one.

    According to the wiring diagram, there's only one CAN Bus connector.

    That may have been a 1st generation harness thing. Contact Holley Tech Service (LINK) to verify this. If yours only has one CAN Bus connector, then it matches the wiring diagram on the Holley 558-108 main harness webpage. Yours is probably the dual 4-pin Molex Mizu-P25 connector, which allows multiple Holley EFI devices to be connected onto the CAN1 Bus/power circuit. This would explain why there's only one (new style dual 4-pin Molex Mizu-P25 connector).
