Default Trying to change computers and move tune over but no success, help please.

I've been using my old HP laptop, (Windows 10), for my HP EFI system on my car. I purchased a new Microsoft Surface tablet, (also Windows 10), that I want to use and have been trying to move the tune from one computer to the other, but so far have not had any success. It's probably a simple function, but I can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Larry
