    Default Help!

I'm looking for help with wiring up my MSD 6AL box P/N 6420 to a Mallory Unilite P/N 3755101H. My coil is a Mallory Promaster P/N 29625. How do I begin? How can I tell beforehand if the units are even good or not? Is there any resistance or Ohm readings I should be aware of? Is there a schematic available for this configuration? Do I need a special resistor inline somewhere? I have a more or less stock 1965 Ford Ranchero 302/4speed. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Coming out of the distributor the brown is ground, green to white on the MSD, red to red the switched 12 volts. There's no need for a resistor using the MSD unit. Ray
