Default HP Tuning with head scratching issues.

I just finished Installing HP ECU with 1000 cfm throttle body and 120 lb/hr injectors on my engine. The engine is BBC 540 cid with F2 ProCharger. MSD 7 Digital and MSD Billet distributor set at 30°. Total advance at 2500 RPM. Crane roller cam 274°/284° at 0.050". Did all initial parameters as required. And started the engine The IAC was reading 100%. I let the car idle to warmup to set the IAC and did TPS Autoset after warm up. The AFR was set at 13.5, but it was reading between 11 & 12.5. I opened the throttle blade to the end of the screw, all it reduced to 40%, TPS reading is zero. I did TPS Autoset and started the car again. The car still running very rich. The fuel flow creep to zero and the engine still idling and AFR is fluctuating between 10 & 11.5. The error message I am getting from the handheld tuner ECU overview. Throttle Body "Type Error" although the configuration is set for multi-port. Anyone can help Please. Thanks.

Lightbulb IAC will not go below 42%.

I just installed HP ECU with 100 cfm throttle body on my 540 BBC with a ProCharger. When I started the engine the IAC was reading a 100%. I Adjusted the plate screw wide open, as far as the screw will turn, reduced the IAC to 42%. Is the throttle plate too small to handle 540 BBC? If it's not, what is the next thing to do? I was thinking drilling a couple of hole in the throttle plate for more in. Any suggestion please.

Idle timing will affect IAC Position. Is your idle timing low?
